The mindset is a key driver and how we function at work, home and in life in general. A low-functioning mindset manifests itself as under-performing, ineffective leadership, frustration, unfulfilling relationships and a host of other issues. The shift to a high-functioning mindset is a unique success system is what makes one ‘flourish’. What I have to offer doesn’t claim that you wouldn’t have any more problems. My work is centered around you being able to brace yourself and stand in your own power in the face of adversity, challenges and hardships. Pretty much like a lotus, which thrives, blooms and blossoms in the murkiest of surroundings. A Professional Certified Coach (International Coach Federation), Certified EQ Assessor & Brain profiler (SixSeconds) and Meta-Coach for Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification (EICC), enables me to evaluate assessments providing strategies for enhanced employee engagement, positive leadership and performance maximization for a sustainable success model. Rupali has worked with multiple nationalities over 18 years of her career spanning Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education and Coaching and is known for her culturally sensitive work using Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Emotional Intelligence strategies. Rupali holds numerous internationally recognized certifications in Coaching and Emotional Intelligence. She believes that a raising one’s consciousness leads to a heightened Emotional Quotient, which is also embedded in her work.
Holistic Prowess
At the age of 15, Rupali was initiated with USUI Reiki. She kept building on her intuitive abilities further and kept broadening her skill set by learning energy medicine modalities. She is a certified in Angelic Reiki (U.K) Master Teacher & Practitioner, Crystal healing therapy and is a Sacred Geometry solutions provider . She is capable of prescribing a combination which can help you alleviate your issues. All her work revolves around working with the 7 main energy centres in our bodies, also known as ‘chakras” according to Ancient Hindu texts. For those, who believe in the magic of the holistic path, a combination of these could be integrated with her professional development programs.
